What we collect

Only what you choose to send us: photos of your hairline and your answers to questions about your scalp.

Why we ask

We use it only to answer you, for example to tell you whether Reviven is a fit for you. We never use it for ads, and we never sell it.

Who sees it

Our support team, and the service providers that run our email and WhatsApp, only so your message reaches us. They may not use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

We delete hairline photos and scalp answers within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see what you sent us, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to help@reviven.co or use our contact page. We answer within 1 business day.
